  About the 29th part:

The chapters in the 29th part of the Qur'an were all revealed in Mecca during the early part of the prophethood of Muhammad peace be upon him.  As is typical with the revelations of this period, the chapters stress matters of creed such as the submission to Allah, the truth of the revelation, the reality of the Day of Judgment, and the visibility of the relationship between the creation and the Creator.  Also, the chapters provide instructions to Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him as well as comfort to aid him in carrying the awesome burden that was placed on his shoulders.

  Snippets from the translation:

Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the sovereignty and He is able to do all things.  Who has created life and death that He may try you, which of you is best in conduct, and He is the Mighty, the Forgiving.  Who has created seven heavens, one above another, you do not see in the creation of the Beneficent any fault.  Then look again, can you see any flaw?  And then look again, and yet again.  Your sight will return to you humbled and fatigued. [chapter 67:  1-4]

Oh you who are wrapped up, arise and warn, and magnify your Lord, and purify your garments, and shun all abominations, do not show favor seeking worldly increase, and for the sake of you Lord, be patient.  [chapter 74:  1-7]
